A two-hour immersive workshop to close the old year and consciously step into the new.
We begin with a soft, grounding yoga flow to release tension, slow the nervous system and reconnect with the body, followed by a Sound Bath (Tibetan Bowls) as our Shavasana.
In the second half, we move into reflective journaling and vision board creation, giving a form to our intentions that feels alive. This is not about setting more goals, it’s about listening deeply and shaping a vision that you can actually inhabit.
