My journey into yoga began during a challenging chapter of my life, marked by anxiety, panic attacks and breathing difficulties. Yoga became my anchor, teaching me how to calm my nervous system, control my breath and reconnect with my body. It offered me peace and a profound sense of self-awareness, inspiring me to share these transformative benefits with others.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and since then, I’ve been teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga both online and in person. A big part of my personal growth as a teacher has been private client teaching, which has given me the opportunity to witness personal transformations up close and adapt my approach to support unique journeys. For me, yoga is more than movement – it’s a way to unite body, mind and spirit.
Beyond yoga, I’ve begun hosting full moon rituals and cacao ceremonies, providing sacred spaces for connection, reflection and collective self-discovery. These gatherings have become a meaningful way to build community and deepen our shared journeys. They are an invitation to pause, reconnect and celebrate the magic within and around us.
In 2024, I began my journey as a certified Sound Healer, offering sound bath and sound healing. I discovered the incredible power of sound to heal, bring balance and inspire meaningful change. Personally, it has allowed me to tap into deep relaxation, calm anxiety and leave stress behind.
