My journey into yoga began during a challenging chapter of my life, marked by anxiety, stress and panic attacks. Yoga became my anchor, teaching me how to calm my nervous system, control my breath and reconnect with my body. It offered me peace and a deep sense of self-awareness, inspiring me to share these transformative benefits with others.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and since then, I’ve been teaching Hatha & Vinyasa both online and in person. A big part of my personal growth as a teacher has been private client teaching, which has given me the opportunity to witness personal transformations up close and adapt my approach to support unique journeys. Yoga is more than movement – it reconnects us with our true nature.
Beyond yoga, I’ve begun hosting community events such as Cacao & Equinox ceremonies, providing sacred spaces for connection, reflection and collective self-discovery. These events are an invitation to pause, reconnect and celebrate the magic within and around us, while building community and sharing our own journeys.
In 2024, I began my journey as a certified Sound Healer, offering both Sound Bath and Sound Healing. I discovered the incredible power of sound vibrations to calm the nervous system, helping the body to shift into a state where healing becomes possible. Personally this practice has allowed me to calm anxiety, leave stress behind and tap into deep relaxation.
In order to expand my existing Yoga teaching experience I deepened my studies in Yin Yoga in 2025 (getting certified with 75h in 2026). It allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of stillness and slowing down, releasing tension from the body and surrendering to the present moment, as well as increasing the flexibility and mobility of fascia, joints and bones.
Congratulations if you are still here, reading on, you are as interested in learning more as me. That’s why I travelled to India in 2026 for a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Holistic Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Spending time in the birthplace of Yoga has definitely changed me and the perspective I’ve had on Yoga and left me with a new insights and ideas.
The time nestled into the Himalayan mountains inspired me to do a Holistic and Indigenous Sound Healing Training (50h). During this time I studied instruments such as Tuning Forks, Crystal Bowls, Drums (and more) in depth, while learning and practicing the related Sound Healing approaches to these instruments.
